Role & Responsibilities:Collect / Track timesheets from employees and consultants for invoicing to clients.Invoice new and current clients within appropriate timeframes and with accurate terms.Tracking / accrual of unbilled revenue from either fixed bid engagements or amounts not able to be invoiced.Collection calls / follow-up on delinquent A/R.Complete bi-monthly payroll through Payroll service for salaried and W2 hourly employees. Includes monthly tracking / deferrals into HSA / FSA accounts, 401K, etc...Process monthly wires to consultants domestically and internationally.Reconcile multiple bank and credit card accounts monthly.Entry of A/R transactions via either EFT or check.Preparation of financial reports monthly for different business classes / other reports as required by management.Preparation of 1099's for all appropriate vendors at years end.Work with accountant to prepare year end close.Export of expenses into QB from third party expense program.Audit of all items to ensure accuracy / correctness.Entry of journal entries as requested by accountant.Qualifications:Prior experience with completion of insurance audits (workers comp, etc...) a plus.2+ years of experience with QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks onlineStrong attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple requests quick and accurately.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to suggest reporting / process to improve overall financial outlook.
