As the Finance Manager - Planning and Analysis you will work closely with the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis; and will have a highly visible, hands-on role in forecasting, analyzing and reporting corporate financial results and key business metrics. In addition, this position will participate and lead special projects and project teams to evaluate complex and process alternatives; making it easier to make better business decisions.
•Play a lead role in our Sales & Operations Planning process, providing the link to our rolling financial forecasts.
•Manage the use, development and deployment of On-Line Analytical Reporting tools.
•Assist the implementation of driver based planning and annual plan preparation.
•Lead various process and system improvement projects.
•Provide analytical support to functional leaders of the organization including operations, logistics, marketing, sales, etc.
•Analyze company-wide financial results and related reporting.
•Bachelor's degree from an accredited four year college or university. Master's degree is preferred
•2-3 years of experience as Senior Financial Analyst Manager
•In-depth knowledge of modeling, forecasting, analyzing and reporting financial results and key business metrics.
•Demonstrated knowledge and experience in financial planning and analysis
•Excellent communication, project management, planning, coordination and scheduling skills
•Ability to juggle multiple schedules and deadlines at one time.
•Experience interacting and extracting data from an ERP environment, preferably JDEdwards of SAP
•Basic Microsoft Office skills required and intermediate Excel.
•Masters of Business Administration
•Certified Public Accountant
•Experience leading proejects/proejct management
•Ability to train/manage/lead/understand LEAN or CI activities and initiatives
