PRIMARY PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:The Submetering Program Associates are responsible for analyzing submetering system health data, develop reporting based off of data analyzation for internal and external use, and assisting in generating proposals and processing invoices related to submetering work. This position will also be responsible for coordinating our submetering system repair and installation efforts. This role will also provide support in all areas of the Submetering department, including: (1) working with subcontractors and clients to coordinate submeter system repair projects, (2) verifying repair work after it has been completed and produce reports for clients, as well as generate monthly system status reports, (3) working with accounting to generate client invoicing and managing vendor payment for completed work, (4) troubleshooting any submetering system problems as needed. We are looking for qualified candidates that can gather, analyze and process large data sets, communicate effectively with other team members and our vast client base, work in a fast pace environment and meet all required deadlines. This position requires quick adaptability as every day presents new challenges. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Perform audits for clients’ systems, comparing system performance to utility company data.· Analyze Meter Health Reports· Develop reports referencing relevant work completed and site visits· Create and maintain all departmental reporting requirements· Monitor all clients system health and performance for required repairs· Create Proposals based on system assessments.· Coordinate and relay all job specifications with clients for required approvals· Follow internal process to prepare job packet· Assist with Submeter installations/maintenance and repair paperwork· Process invoices· Follow internal process to coordinate work required due to results from the analysis· Verify service reports to ensure satisfaction for our vast clientele· Provide submeter status reporting on department deliverables to all necessary entities· Maintain all read system software and functionalityPresent the ability to adapt and overcome within an ever changing environmentKNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:· College Degree and or equivalent education.· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Mathematical reasoning skills· Ability to work in a high pressure environment· Ability to manage multiple clients/projects/tasks simultaneously· Effective written and verbal communication skills· Able to understand and analyze data models· Strong interpersonal and customer service skills· Strong relationship and Team building skills.· Familiarity with reading systems a plus· Experience in submeter installations/system maintenance a plus· Microsoft Office (proficiency needed in Access, Word, Excel, Outlook)· Microsoft SQL 2008 a plus· JIRA a plus· SharePoint a plus PayLease also offers Benefits and Perks: · Competitive pay· Excellent benefits: Health insurance, dental, vision, short and long-term disability and life insurance· Casual & friendly work environment· Fun Location: We are conveniently located in the West Loop, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of other offices but easily accessible to all the buses and trains.Interested in Applying?Everyone at PayLease is committed to the company and the mission to provide only the best customer service and cutting technology.
