SUMMARYWe are a fast growing technology company serving the financial services industry. We are seeking a motivated individual to assist with several areas of operations. This person’s primary day-to-day responsibility will be to reconcile data outages with various brokerage firms. Additionally, this person will be responsible for helping to identify process improvements, as well as perform customer service tasks. We have a fun, entrepreneurial work environment and we are looking for individuals who have a similar mindset.Full-time hours : Approximately 7:30 AM to 4:30 PMDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESReconcile data outages with various brokerage firmsIdentify issues and work with programmers to resolve and eliminate future outagesReview and maintain audits designed to highlight data exceptionsDevelop an in-depth knowledge of all systems necessary to carry out daily responsibilitiesFunction as part of a team providing customer serviceCreate, maintain and help to improve operational processes and proceduresParticipate in various projects and perform special duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSExperience with a Portfolio Management System such as Advent’s AXYS or Portfolio Center (Centerpiece) a significant plusBachelor’s Degree In Finance or Accounting preferredInvestment/Brokerage operations experience knowledge a plusStrong communication skillsExcellent attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyProblem solving and analytical mindsetWe are only considering candidates with financial services experience.Applicant must be a US citizen.
