This position will provide financial leadership to the business unit as well as support the Business Process Improvement Team. As a business partner, it will help drive balanced continuous improvement in the key goals
of the business. It will be the key financial contact for all actual results, budgets and forecasts for all related items. Along with financial planning and reporting, this position will provide financial analysis, insight and guidance, and ensure an appropriate control environment. This position will also provide guidance, development and coaching to direct reports. This leader will be required to work in an effective, collaborative effort with all key stakeholders.
Some responsibilities include: Leading annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting and strategic plan updates, ensuring all accounting complies with GAAP and that appropriate
financial systems and controls are established, participating in leadership meetings, and preparation and analysis of business cases.
A bachelor's degree is required; Finance or Accounting preferred. MBA or CPA or Certified Management Accountant (CMA), is desirable.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive responsibility in a financial environment. Demonstrated financial analysis skills. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to work effectively with cross functional
teams at multiple locations. the ability to lead, communicate with, and influence executive leadership.
