• Provide administrative support to Executive Assistant
• Direct 20-30 calls daily for 180 office employees
• Manage calendar for employee conferences and meetings
Experience/Skills Needed:
• Type 50 WPM
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Implement new guest check-in system and procedures
