The Prinova Solutions Business Development Assistant will provide customer project coordination and support to sales reps for moving Nutrition Systems, Total Solutions, and Turn Key Solutions thru the Salesforce.com business development system. They will provide backup support for price quote administration. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Commercial team support Support opportunity development, entry, and closing – assist sales reps and commercial managers on Salesforce entry where support neededAssist with coordination of cross division projects and status; takes initiative to follow up and expedite where neededAssist Salesforce Analyst with data cleanup and other tasks Assist in the loading of account plans and budgetsGenerate follow up reports for repsFollow up with sales reps on open quotes, samples for status updatesActively participate in Prinova sales meetings and conference calls Executive AdminAssemble marketing and sales call materialsAssist with travel arrangements, time and expense reportingPresentation and document development support (word, PPT) Backup Price Quote AdministrationCreate quote spreadsheets based upon complete formulationsReconcile open items for costingProvide costed copies to financial analyst, product managementModify quotes as requestedGenerate approved quote letters; send to reps and store in salesforce(Generate from Salesforce when that functionality is up) Backup Salesforce admin support Additional duties as deemed necessary by the Manager.
