Provide clerical /administrativesupport to the facility's office staff.ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with all USE ManagementSystem policies and proceduresPerform daily reception duties,i.e., answer phones, greet contractors and customers, handle inbound andoutbound mail and UPS packages as needed.Filing, Data Entry, Scanning, andMaking copiesEnter and receive purchase orders inJDE system for office, plant, maintenance, and other departments as necessaryProvide assistance to corporateaccounts payable and purchasing as necessaryMaintain manifest tracking systemand proper distribution of manifest copies and certificate of disposal forms.Close outbound loads in EQAI forwaste sent to landfill and file paperwork properlyAssist Facility Specialist tomaintain and organize approval filesAssist with other areas within thedepartment as needed and complete all other assignments made by managementPerforms other, related duties asassigned.
