SUMMARY:This position's primary duties, including but not limited to, processing and closing of various finance agreements for our clients. These loans are available to small business clients throughout the country.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as a point of contact for the clientAct as a liaison between borrower, account executive, and lenderProvide customers with timely and periodic status updates of their finance applicationCollect required documentation from applicants and follow up on missing itemsEstablish, maintain, and update files, databases, and recordsOrder credit reports and UCC searchesCreate document packages for customer and lenderProcess the documents received for each file, verifying the accuracy and completeness of each documentOther duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:Bachelor’s Degree preferredAbility to provide excellent customer serviceAbility to handle multiple tasks and frequent interruptionsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writingExcellent records and file management skillsExperience in similar role requiredExperience with Salesforce CRM or similar is a plusCompensation includes:* Competitive Salary based on experience* Medical benefits* Office hours: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.Job Type: Full-time
