Demonstrates a professional company image through interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, flexibility and ability to work well with all levels of internal management, staff, outside clients and vendors.RESPONSIBILITES:Assist in developing, implementing and evaluating all operating policies, procedures and safeguards for efficient, effective, timely work flow.Research and analyze information, compile data to prepare special reports containing KPI (Key Performance Indicators) following DOO’s direction.Organize various complex projects from initiation to completion.Ability to analyze demographic information that will aid in site selection.Ability to multi task.Assist Operations Department in maintenance of accreditation standards.Assist Operation Department in maintenance of CLIA lab certification and compliance.Ability to coordinate and oversee staff education initiatives as directed by the Director of Operations.Assist in the on-boarding of new staff.Willingness to travel to various locations to ensure operational efficiency.Prepare correspondences, scheduling meeting, maintain executive calendars, routine record keeping and prepares spreadsheets.Investigate, evaluate and resolve problems within scope of position.Prepare and maintain committee minutes, notices, analysis reports, correspondence, calendars, agendas and presentations using computerized software programs including Microsoft office.Knowledgeable in all aspects of medical office operations including appointment scheduling and medical records maintenance.Flexible and able to function well in a fast-paced environment.Extremely efficient, organized and resourceful.Have great interpersonal skills to deal with many personalities.Strong decision making skills, verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail are essential.Assist in creating, organizing and maintaining communication channels between all members of the team.Support implementation of new policies, procedures or practices to improve efficiency of office operations.Triage phone calls and visitor inquiries, directing to appropriate staff or department when necessary.Maintain equipment by coordinating procurement, maintenance, pricing, products, service and warranties.Maintains building services by coordinating information, identifying, selecting and monitoring maintenance and site development projects.Coordinate and organize management meetings with internal staff and perspective clients.Work with vendors to ensure best pricing, availability and completion of delivery and installment of merchandise.REQUIRMENTS:Bachelor degree preferred.1-2 years Medical/dental office management experience.Proficient in Excel, Word, Microsoft Office and other software programs.Ability to learn new tasks in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently and multi task different projects at the same time.
