Estate find DeSoto Windsor Insulated 4 burner gas stove. I'd guess that this stove is circa 1920's-1930's. The 3 original pull down knobs are still held securely in place. Pic # 5 is a close up of the oven door. The temperature control lever moves smoothly through the different degree settings. Sold by or through Montgomery Ward & Co. as shown by the type plate in pic # 3. Part number 1-0 LM. A great winter project as it needs a complete restoration. Once restored, this stove will be a beautifuI reminder of a by gone era that will never return. I cannot say for certain that all of the pieces are there as I've never seen another one. The stove appears to me that it has 1 oven (top left), 1 broiler (bottom left), 4 gas burners (see pic # 6, and 1 storage drawer (right hand side under the gas burners). Pick up only as this is way to big and heavy to ship, so bring your pick up or large van and a couple of your strong friends. Item is located in North Chicago, IL. All I ask is that you LOOK at the pics and ASK questions before you bid.
