Qualifications:
- BS Chemistry
- 5+ years in coatings formulation, preferably automotive or industrial
- Ability to implement continuous improvement techniques to QA and manufacturing
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and customer interaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- US Citizen/Perm Resident

Responsibilities:
- Develop new products to stay competitive within the industry
- Seek out new business opportunities and marketing techniques
- Act as Project Leader for design and development processes for coatings
- Work with Technical Service Representatives
- Create and maintain MSDS's
- Responsible for formulation control
- Report results on lab projects
- Coordinate experimental production trials
- Other duties as assigned
