Consider joining our fast-growing team to take your career to the next level!Quality Responsibilities:Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the Call Center.Coordinating staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate, and agree on comprehensive quality procedures.Setting Quality Assurance compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achieved.Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Qualifications:2+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance. · 2 + previous experience working ACD systems including, registration and appointment scheduling systems is preferred.High level experience in Microsoft Office Suite.Experience in Quality Management Systems.Experience within quality system audits.Six sigma is preferred.Ability to achieve performance success in a fast paced challenging work environment.
