After packer fills the clamshell, it is placed on a conveyor that goes through a metal detector for the case erector to pack.Repeats step 1 and 2 continuously and communicates when clamshell materials are low. Communicates and monitors cookie quality issues to Lead or Operator immediately. Maintains cleanliness of work area.Follows rules and regulations to ensure food safety, quality, and legality.Maintains and establishes effective working relationships.
