Mid- West United States Regional Sales Manager Job Description Summary/ObjectiveThis position is responsible for the sale of Rosenberger products in the Mid-West region of the United States, and provides ongoing support to product distribution channel.Home office located in one of the Mid-West StatesResponsibilitiesResponsible for territory growth and diversification within military, test & measurement, medical, commercial and industrial marketsManages contracted sales rep organizationsProvides training to sales reps and distribution partners on existing and new productsPerforms sales rep reviews on a quarterly basis to review territory performanceDevelop new customersAchieves sales objectives established for the territoryCoordinates and assists in leading sales meetings to include site selection and agenda preparation.Attends trade shows as requiredTravels with rep organizations and distribution partners to customer base to promote Rosenberger productsTerritory consists of Utah, Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, IdahoCompetenciesExcellent written and communication skillsProficient in office applications, excel, powerpoint, wordSelf motivatorUp to 50% travelEducation & ExperienceFive plus years field sales experience, RF interconnect including cable assemblies and connectors and fiber optic and copper assemblies experience desirableBachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
