Job Summary: The Account Management Administrator provides direct assistance and support to the Account Manager of a major national retail chain. The Account Management Administrator will be responsive to client needs and have the ability to work as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment with flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with a minimal direct supervision. Due to the sensitive nature of the position discretion and confidentiality are required. Essential Duties/Responsibilities: · Monitor and maintain customer work order network and refrigerant tracking website.· Complete invoicing in customer work order network and in-house software for customer.· Updates status in customer work order network and sees to it that internal work orders and in-house software aren’t overlooked· Follow up on open invoices over 30 days, escalate to Account Management Coordinator when required· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
