Customer Care/Product Specialist (10:30AM - 7:00PM)Bring your excellent customer service skills to Peerless – AV!In this role, you will provide customer services and technical assistance to new and existing customers by servicing the Peerless customers beyond expectations, assisting them with all operational information as needed to ship orders on time and complete as well as supporting the Field Sales force. Specific duties will involve:Answer high volume of calls providing product information and supportBuild a rapport with customers to encourage repeat businessEnter purchase orders with minimal error (meet daily quota)Resolve customer complaints courteously while creating customer loyaltyGenerate reports/documents to support business goals and initiatives as neededUpdate customer records in IFS database as neededTroubleshoot wireless and weather proof display inquiries QUALIFICATIONS:Education: Bachelor’s degreeExperience: 3 years of Customer Service Experience or related arena. Skills/Abilities: Possesses an understanding of customer service satisfaction Exceptional Communication skills (verbal/written) Excellent problem-solving ability Keen eye for detail Strong organizational skills Familiar with newest wireless Technology Display and project knowledge a plus Conduct on-line research Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) Perform basic math and algebra Specialized skills: Ability to understand assembly instructions and technical drawings Work Hours 10:30a.m. – 7p.m.
