We are currently hiring a full time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include customer service, phone handling skills, e-mail and written correspondence, meeting deadlines, data entry, coordinating crews and job scheduling. Minimum requirement include 2+ years of Administrative or office related experience, billing and scheduling, excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, ability to learn new skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Answering the phone, transferring calls, taking messages as necessary and accuratelyReviewing, scanning, filing documents such as certified payrolls and subcontract documentsRetrieving and distributing mailAccounts Payable procedures such as entering and releasing billsMaintaining office supplies and ordering productsQualifications:High School Diploma or HigherProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong Communication SkillsWillingness to LearnAttention to DetailSelf-Starter, Able to Take Initiative and Direction and Contribute to Our Team.
