The Customer Support Representative position is fast-paced and a valued team member of our company. The successful candidate will be expected to work well independently while consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service to existing and prospective customers. This position will be the primary point of contact for all consumers concerning products and services while also serving as the main liaison to the sales department. The ideal candidate will be very organized, personable, be interested in learning new skills, and be good at completing projects with minimal supervision.
