Meet Dooly. He is a sweat, friendly boy who was found by a police officer. Then he was turned into Animal Control. He doesn’t seem to like his kennel much but he adapts in there. He likes to be with people more and out of the kennel. He does very well on walks, will sit and stay for you. He is very motivated by treats and is a dog that is willing to learn. One week with a “pack” – dogs and people and he will be fine. When he greets people, he gets totally excited at first but then will calm down.
If you are a calm person, he will be calm. He’s a great dog for a guy – LOL - and he does get attached to people quick.
If whoever adopts him does a little more training, they will have an awesome dog, that’s for sure. He just needs some guidance. He really loves people so he tries to jump up to greet them as he gets so excited. So, because of this, it would be best for him to no be placed in a home with small kids.
