*IL* My name is Hunnee (Honey). My foster mommie thinks I'm 2 yrs old as of Jan. 2013. My foster brother named me Hunnee (he didn't want to spell it like the word) because of my sweet personality, sweet eyes & the color of my coat. I have a short honey brown colored coat, the tips of my toes are white and from my chin down thru my belly to my rear end I have a splash of white. I overheard my foste...r mommie say that it was my big beautiful brown eyes that stole her heart. I have been spayed & I am up to date with my routine vaccinations. I'm a slender, solid girl on a great diet of raw nutrition & exercise at doggie daycare. I'm working on not leading the pack when I go for walks with my older BIGGER FURbrothers. I LOVE to run, roll in the grass, romp & play with my furbrothers and my friends of various breeds & sizes at doggie daycare but I will zip off in a split second so watch out! Also, I jump and try to get to birds, rabbits, flying insects, etc. I've never been introduced to a cat. When things get a bit overwhelming for me either human or canine, I'll duck out of sight like under a table and just watch the activities. I gotta be where the action is but I like to take things at my own pace - I'll come to you when I feel comfortable. Oh yeah, I like to chew & gnaw on stuff (foster mommie caught me gnawing on the baseboard corners & shoes - sorry). So, keep me busy with a tough chew toy like Nylabone, Kong, bully sticks, raw marrow bones, etc. I like crunching ice cubes too. Also, I know basic commands like heel, sit, stay (I'm trying not to break my stays but its hard), down, leave it, drop it, come, etc. Did I mention that I'm crate trained too?! Unfortunately, I'm not allowed to have any beds, throws or stuffed animals because I'll shred them to pieces. Although I'm human shy, I'm really digging my FURbrothers & friends at daycare! My foster mommie believes that I would thrive in a FURever home where I can be around patient humans & other dogs who will love me. Will you be my family?
