Global Employment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support services to several partners and senior managers. Activities include: travel arrangements, paying bills, responding to routine correspondence; managing calendars; handling visitors and telephone calls; scheduling meetings; compiling figures and reports; and tracking finances. Responsibilities:Provide full range of administrative support tasks for several partners and senior managersSchedule and coordinate meetingsHandle complex domestic and foreign travel arrangementsManage appointments and calendarsReceive and screen incoming calls and visitorsAssist with a wide variety of bookkeeping activitiesInput and pay bills from vendorsMaintain and/or create files or record keeping systems.Sort, label, file and retrieve documents and other materialsPerform a variety of personal errands, including gift purchases, banking etc. Requirements:Minimum of two years of administrative support experienceBS/BA preferredAdvanced Excel skills, some accounting/bookkeeping experience a strong plusAdvanced Microsoft Office skills – including Outlook, Word, and PowerPointPrevious Quickbooks and/or Quicken experience is a plusStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and high attention to detailProficient in internet researchAble to work independentlyMust be mature, discreet and have experience handling highly confidential information
