We are currently looking for a Digital & Social Media Account Manager ------------ to join our innovative, growing company. The Digital & Social Media Account Manager will be primarily responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies on client accounts, while managing communications and expectations of the clients, providing ongoing counsel and organically growing existing accounts. A key part of the role includes managing and mentoring junior members of the client services team, as well as collaborating effectively with Project Management, Design, and Technology teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery on projects.Responsibilities: The Digital & Social Media Account Manager will:Take ownership and accountability of the clients' day-to-day needsClient Service - Sustain key interface with mid-senior level clients and provide direction for junior members in terms of client service expectationsMaintain a high degree of professionalism and thorough understanding of client/agency relationshipsTotal account management and responsibility including day-to-day account activity, media/blogger relations and the provision of guidance and counsel to clientsAssist in the development and implementation of strategic programming with support from a senior member of the teamManage of client expectationsProvide effective results reportingArbitration/assistance in solving client problems, with support from senior management teamAssist in the development of integrated marketing and promotions campaigns from a digital perspective with senior level strategic supportCollaborate with production department, ensuring seamless process and flawless execution.Other duties as assigned.New Business Development responsibilities include:Assist proposal efforts, selling Mosaic Networking (Industry events, seminars, etc.)Identifying business development opportunities for Mosaic Digital with new or existing clients and playing a supporting role in our response effortsGenerate new business ideas and opportunities with existing and new clientsDigital value Proposition Qualifications: Bachelor Degree3-5 years of digital experience in a similar roleDemonstrate a strong understanding of the digital space - experience in online strategy development (for websites and/or online marketing) is critical Knowledge of emerging digital marketing platforms (mobile, digital signage, innovative digital solutions, social media)Experience with new business development and contributing to an RFPKnowledge of consumer brand marketingPost-secondary education in a related discipline (marketing, advertising, or other relevant discipline)Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills - comfortable in presenting ideas to clientsAptitude for learning and professional developmentEnthusiastic team playerSocial Media - Social networking strategies, from community management and moderation to ad placements, content marketing and application developmentsDigital Marketing - Some knowledge of SEO / SEM techniques, ad-buy campaigns for clients, creation of websites and email marketing campaignsMicroblogging and extensive knowledge of public social media networking tools such a TwitterKnowledge of the web development process, including website and application productionContent recommendations (video, audio, text) to match specific campaigns and audience needsAbility to work with integrated agency marketing teamsKnowledge and experience working with Digital analytics toolsFundamental understanding of the experiential marketing industryProven knowledge of the principles of graphic design and typographyOutstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, project management experienceSuperior interpersonal skills to work closely with other team members and the clientProfessional attitude and strong leadership skillsStrong verbal communication and presentation skillsExcellent judgment, effective problem-resolution skills, and the ability to balance multiple demands simultaneouslyExpertise with Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, PowerPoint Microsoft Office and Outlook.
