To support expansion of its digital and Web services, the Association Management Center (AMC) is looking for a Web/Digital Project Manager to join the Web team. The Web/Digital Project Manager collaborates with members of the Creative Media Services team, AMC clients, and occasionally external clients to develop a variety of Web projects. This role is involved in every facet of Web projects, from inception to completion, and is responsible for managing multiple, complex projects and cross functional teams while consistently ensuring that high-quality deliverables are produced on time and on budget. What You’ll Do Assist in new business development by creating project proposals and statements of work for website redesigns and other Web/digital projects.Manage the project scoping and budgeting process to ensure that all deliverables are defined. This includes identifying potential changes in scope throughout the project and communicating the implications of changes to stakeholders.Create project plans that address tasks, resources, timelines, milestones, and budget. Manage the project activity of an interdisciplinary team of graphic designers, developers, UX/UI designers, editors, and members of AMC client teams as well as external stakeholders.Act as an internal project lead by scheduling and leading meetings, preparing material, managing resources, tracking budgets, and reporting status throughout the project.Help customers understand technical issues and capabilities and translate requirements into solutions that are robust, scalable, and practical to implement.Ensure project team and management, as appropriate, is continually updated on projects, including successes, issues, concerns, or other feedback.Ensure the application of best practices and lessons learned from previous projects. Communicate best practices and lessons learned to CMS team members and other stakeholders in the company.Continue to acquire specialized functional knowledge and skills and stay aware of new technologies, tools, and approaches that support client needs.Provide exceptional service and communication to internal and client team members. Qualifications You Should Have Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.3+ years of proven project management experience on medium- to large-size, complex projects within a digital environment.Experience with Web application integration and third-party product integration preferred.3+ years of professional services/consulting experience.Business development experience.Proficiency in project management principles and software, including Wrike (or the equivalent), Excel, and timesheet systems.Previous experience managing complex Web projects in an agency with multiple teams of technical, creative, and external stakeholders is desired.Ability to quickly understand business and technical processes.Passion for user-center Web experiences.Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and negotiation skills.Ability to function independently and in a collaborative environment.Proficiency in Web editing and at least entry level HTML skills; advanced skills or experience in development a plus.Experience in one or more content management systems.Qualified candidates can email resumes to [email removed].
