Instructional Designer/Training Developer10/03/2016 to 12/30/2016pay rate w2 ( no benefits)Primary FunctionDevelop training solutions to support business needs and quality systemMajor responsibilitiesDevelop training and supporting communications.Education• B.S. / B.A. in Business, Education or Communication.• Training and development certification desired.Background• Minimum five years of relevant experience in training and development required• Intermediate to advanced proficiency and experience working with Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tool• Recent background and experience developing computer-based training (CBT) courses and/or training for a new system implementation required.· This Technical Training Developer will help with the development of training materials for the Teamcenter implementation. This person must be comfortable working with Articulate Storyline to develop computer-based-training (CBT) programs. Ideally, this candidate will have some experience in developing training for large systems implementations. This candidate should also have strong technical skills and be comfortable working independently to get work accomplished. must have exp with articulate storyline 2 • Ability to produce concise and innovative materials to seamlessly support learning transfer (such as interactive job aids, logic branching, course bundling or integrate key learning indicators)• Experience working as Training Specialist/Developer for Fortune 500 company• Proficient with SharePoint and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)• Excellent communication skills.• Knowledge of IT systems to support Quality in initiatives.• Experience dealing with international locations is desirable.Basic Qualifications• Strong communication, time management, reasonable facilitation skills,• Intermediate level design and development, and experience with Learning• Must demonstrate high-standards for work performance. Produces quality work the first time. Seeks to exceed expectations.• A self-starter and pushes to get things done. Must demonstrate initiative and be able to manage multiple priorities and drive towards results.• Project management experience desired.
