As a Restaurant Executive Kitchen Manager, you will lead our kitchen team and wait staff and provide leadership, supervision and coordination. You will be expected to fill in where needed to ensure consistent guest service standards and efficient operations. As A Restaurant Executive Kitchen Manager, Your Specific Duties Will Include:
Being knowledgeable about restaurant policies regarding personnel and administering prompt, fair and consistent corrective action when necessary
Overseeing and ensuring that restaurant policies on employee performance appraisals are followed and completed on a timely basis
Controlling cash and other receipts in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures
Preparing all required paperwork including forms, reports and schedules in an organized and timely manner
Ensuring that all equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and preventative maintenance programs
Understanding and complying with all federal, state, county and municipal regulations

Must have 2 years of upscale casual or fine dining kitchen management experience in a moderate to high volume restaurant.
Solid track record of success in previous assignments demonstrating upward career tracking
