Job Description / Requirements:
• Updated details: at least 1-2 years of solid, current experience, NO LESS THAN THAT. requisition load of 40-50 at one time, the right candidate will be highly enthusiastic and must be able to multitask.
• Must have a Bachelors.
• Looking for a junior recruiter with some experience (1-2 years) to join our recruiting team out of Schaumburg, IL.
• The candidate must have experience sourcing active and passive candidates. They will be managing the full-lifecyle recruiting process for their group.
• Experience with Engineering recruiting a plus.
• The junior recruiter will be recruiting for all disciplines, including engineering, project management, finance, legal, IT, marketing, etc.
• Experience recruiting with social networking sites is a big plus!
