Description:
• Knowledge of Maximo Framework, MIF, Database Configurations
• Analyze and research trends to determine applicable intervention activities.
• Serve as key resource on special projects.
• Monitor Asset lifecycle events to facilitate planning.
• Create, analyze and distribute operational Asset Management reports
• Maintain accuracy of Assets and their attributes, ongoing review of recorded data for consistency/readability
• Business facing system administration including but not limited to maintenance of business rules, workflows, configurations, and other master data definitions within the ITAM platform.

This position is responsible for one or more of the following functions:
• Analyze and research trends to determine applicable intervention activities.
• Serve as key resource on special projects.
• Gather and analyze key divisional performance metrics and communicate these metrics from detail to summary level. Make presentations to all levels of management within the organization.
• Identify risks/issues and assist in making recommendations on process improvements within the department and assist in their implementation.
• Handle complex business/financial models/ business case and forecasting. Build new complex models. Differentiate savings between models effecting the same operation.
• Review analysis of financial reports prepared by team, i.e. variance analysis, staffing analysis, corporate reporting of Budget. Actual, metric reporting.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of IT receiving, shipping, asset tracking contracts, workflows and practices.
• Ensure asset transfers are performed and asset records maintained.
• Comply with HIPAA, Diversity Principles, Corporate Integrity, Compliance Program policies and other applicable corporate and departmental policies.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of company business.
• Maintain communication with management regarding development within areas of assigned responsibilities and perform special projects as required or requested.
• Monitor Asset lifecycle events to facilitate planning.
• Create, analyze and distribute operational Asset Management reports
• Maintain accuracy of Assets and their attributes, ongoing review of recorded data for consistency/readability
• Review asset usage, alternative products, and other operational attributes to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Business facing system administration including but not limited to maintenance of business rules, workflows, configurations, and other master data definitions within the ITAM platform.
• Maintain Software License Compliance through review of deployed licenses against entitled licenses to verify contractual compliance and identify opportunities for renegotiation.
• Review of executed contracts for identification of key terms for inclusion in the ITAM platform.

• Modification in GUI
• Asset Management + GUI Modification
• Experience in Asset Management
• Asset Hardware Management experience at server side.
• Experience in Modification of GUI
