Job Title : Procurement Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst
Location : Glenview, IL, 60025
Duration : 5 + Months (High possibility of extension)

Job Description:
This position will be a responsible for managing the business process changes for the system separation activities for the Indirect Materials end to end process.

Responsibilities will include:

PO evaluation and alignment
–Focus on comingled locations (Snacks and Grocery)
–Provide instruction and coaching for PO treatment
–Classification of PO’s that will go beyond 5/29
–Manage technical issues

GRIR resolution
–Focus on comingled locations (Snacks and Grocery)
–Provide instruction and coaching to resolve imbalances
–Collect and communicate data for Account Maintenance for RTR
–Classification of valid GRIR balance that will go beyond 9/28

Invoice Management
–Focus on comingled locations (Snacks and Grocery)
–Provide instruction and coaching to resolve past due invoices

KU Network Engagement and Support
–Provide Training, Coaching and Support

BU Procurement Lead Contact
–Funnel information/communications that need to by pushed to the Smart System’s users
–Communicate expectations of actions that need to take place

Candidate needs:
• Previous SAP experience- specifically in PU, MM, FI, CO areas AND working in 3rd party software environments such as IBX, Ariba, Readsoft;
• Strong knowledge of the end to end Procurement lifecycle;
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Business Process Analysis/Management;
• Experience working in project team and able to prioritize work stream to meet milestone dates;
• Effective communication skills in written and verbal- Able to comfortably communicate with all levels of the organization;
• Able to work independently without direct supervision;
• Understands how to identify business/process gaps and can develop strategies to align to Standard Procedures;
• Can coordinate sub-project teams and manage deliverables of team;

Candidate wants:
• Previous experience in a Deployment project; Procurement and/or Accounts Payable experience (3-5 years); Understanding of general ledger accounts and SAP posting activities

Travel:
• May require travel to HQ locations in US/Canada and/or supporting sites in US
