(TVI) is a growing northwest suburban Chicago IT firm currently looking for an energetic and enthusiastic recruiting professional reporting to the Vice President of Recruiting. You must have a proven track record of successfully finding candidates, qualifying them, and facilitating their on-boarding process. Key Responsibilities Include:· Learn about the services offered by Trial Vault International, Inc.· Document contact information, resume, and details about job candidates· Communicate technical skills and potential new client contacts to sales team· Find candidates, facilitate their qualification process, support submission to clients, and orientation the candidate on-boarding processPreferred Experience:· Must have at least 2 years of experience with recruiting candidates to match client requirements· Experience calling potential recruits, networking, and using social media tools like Facebook, Twitter, and Google+· Technology self-sufficient capable of administering and managing their own computer and internet access· Experience documenting recruiting candidate contact information in web based system or other database system. Able to perform data entry in Excel, Word, and web screens.· Excellent communication skills.
