In order to drive further innovation, quality of service, and establish and maintain a high standard of communication and partnership, we are seeking a Testing Site Partner. The Testing Site Partner (TSP) is responsible for the overall Testing engagement, leading internal global teams, and will serve single point of contact and for our customer.ResponsibilitiesManages the overall testing scope and maintains its continuous alignment with strategic business objectives; sets program plan, sets priorities, ensures optimization, and resolves conflicts to enhance effectiveness towards the business result or strategic intent.Ensures the testing team remains effective and engaged in a matrix (including onshore and offshore resources, other vendors, customer testers, etc.), by providing ongoing guidance and mentorship, to ensure complete testing program results.Manages all service aspects of the testing P&L (with focus on cost elements), based on the account governance guidelines.Builds partnerships with the CBE and SP teams to maintain holistic, end-to-end services to the customers, while building direct relationships with relevant customer stakeholders to ensure objectivity of the testing services and to promote continuous growth, while ensuring a business-as-usual approach.Understands customers' strategic needs and the business environment, and works with the CBE to enable new testing opportunities.Builds credibility, value, and relationships while maintaining communication with relevant stakeholders at multiple levels; both internal and external.Builds direct teams based on their individual skills, including defining development plans for each member and identifying next generation leaders, while leading both direct and indirect teams to meet testing program objectives.Required Skills10+ years of experience leading large software testing teams in a production oriented environmentProven and consistent professional, you are the bridge builder, you set the example for others in to follow as it relates to communication, managing expectations, and building/growing partnerships.Proactive care: you have the experience that only comes with time: the ability to solve potential problems before they become the customer’s problem.
