The Chicago office of our national law firm client is seeking a well-credentialed associate with, ideally, 4-5 years of acquisition structured financing, agented syndicated secured financings, intercreditor and subordination agreements (i.e. commercial paper conduits), and Article 9 of the UCC experience. The candidate should be personable and have strong drafting, negotiating and client interaction skills. Relevant law firm experience on sophisticated transactional matters is required.
