Description:
• Minimum of a Bachelors Degree and 2 years of related experience required Minimum of 3-5 years experience initiating non-immigrant Visa (NIV) transfers Minimum of 3-5 years experience initiative Green Card processes Minimum of 3-5 years knowledge and experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (8.X / 9.X) preferred Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project and Visio).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to assess problems and communicate solutions Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent keyboarding skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and independent judgment.
• Ability to work inter-dependently with others Strong organization and prioritization skills.
