My client is a leading provider of Legal Solutions to Law Firms and corporations across the US.
We are seeking Technical solution specialists to act as subject matter experts (SME”s) supporting clients, sales teams, product development and technology staff.
Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years experience.
• Software experience is a plus: LiveNote, Summation, TextMap, general iPad use, Keynote, Adobe Connect, Trial Director, Sanction.
• Industry experience either in the law field or software training field.

We are seeking Technical solution specialists to act as subject matter experts (SME”s) supporting clients, sales teams, product development and technology staff.
The Technical solutions specialist will be responsible for:
Collaborating with sales teams and help desk to define and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions as well as develop and deliver technical education; support critical situations and answer technical questions.
Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients on the use and application of the company’s various technologies.
• Develop and deliver training on our technologies for our sales team and client services staff.
• Participate in on-site client visits to assist with technical questions or give technical demonstrations.
• Interact with clients in seeking ideas and innovation around future product development.
• Work collaborating with Sales, IT Help Desk and Regional Vice President in supporting clients.
