Our mid-size entrepreneurial law firm client is seeking an experienced real estate finance attorney who has represented borrowers. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience representing borrowers in complex non-recourse mortgage financing transactions, including mezzanine loans. This attorney should have significant experience managing clients and deals, and aggressively negotiating on behalf of borrowers. Any experience with distressed properties is a plus.
