Our national law firm client is looking for a new real estate paralegal with a minimum of five years of prior experience to join their main office in the loop. Candidates with strong transactional/lending experience will also be considered. This person will provide hands-on real estate expertise for partners and associates firmwide, and be in direct communication with title insurance company examiners, closing agents, and county government officials. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: reviewing titles, surveying due diligence matters, drafting/reviewing real estate sale and purchase contracts, handling closing documents, and coordinating the purchase of sale closings and mortgage finance closings. This person will work closely with the Banking, Trusts & Estates, and General Litigation practice groups. The competitive salary is commensurate with experience and includes comprehensive benefits.
