Our corporate client in the northwest suburbs seeks to hire a temp-to-perm corporate/contracts paralegal. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working for a pharmaceutical or healthcare company. You will report to the Assistant General Counsel and support all of the attorneys in the Legal Department. Primary responsibilities include: preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, monitoring regulations, data management, and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must have five years of prior experience, either a bachelor's degree or paralegal certification, and MS Office proficiency. On the perm side, salary up to $65K with excellent benefits.
