Our prestigious international law firm client is seeking a new trademark paralegal with 5-7 years of prior experience. This person will support the IP group by preparing trademark applications, e-filing, trademark maintenance, handling USPTO proceedings, advising clients on trademark use, supporting copyright procedures, preparing trademark status reports, internal docketing, and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must have an undergraduate degree and paralegal certification. The salary is up to $70,000 depending on experience.
