Our client, one of the world’s premier executive search and leadership advisory firms, is currently seeking an experienced marketing professional (manager or director level) to join their global marketing team, which is responsible for creating distinctive marketing campaigns that target senior-level executives, enhance brand engagement and support business development. The successful candidate will work closely with internal clients to lead the development and implementation of annual marketing plans, related thought leadership generation and development, event marketing and digital marketing. As such, we are seeking candidates who want to build a lasting career with our client.Primary Responsibilities:Establish credibility and work closely with global and regional business leaders to develop and implement marketing communications programs that enhance the profile and positioning of the firm; serve as key resource and adviser for all marketing-related activity.Help develop and execute the firm’s marketing agenda for specific practices via thought leadership, event marketing, digital and direct marketing.Develop partnership relationships selectively with appropriate organizations to promote awareness and positioning (e.g., other professional service firms).Lead in the development and implementation of annual marketing plans for practices as well as initiate evaluation of new marketing opportunities.Develop website-oriented content to promote the company’s capabilities.Responsible for the stewardship of marketing budgets and effective use of expenditures.Work closely with marketing counterparts to exchange “best practices” and then share learnings across the firm to enhance marketing efforts.Track and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts.Contribute to other global firm marketing program activities as needed.Monitor marketing efforts, thought leadership and alliances of major direct and indirect competitors.Experience, Skills and Knowledge Required:Bachelor's degree required.Strong general marketing background and skill set with solid experience in program development, execution and ongoing management, event management, thought leadership, digital and direct marketing.6 - 12 years of marketing experience targeting C-level executives.Meaningful B2B experience is essential; professional services experience considered an asset.Experience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Demonstrated aptitude and enthusiasm for client interaction and account management.Experience working with a creative team – providing creative direction to writers and designers and navigating related project management.Familiarity and past experience in implementing public relations or social media plans is beneficial.Excellent project management and internal client service skills; experience in managing multiple priorities, people and projects simultaneously with success.Impressive communications and persuasion skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional attention to detail.Strong technical skills across Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
