We are looking for an Entry Level Product Marketing Trainee to join our Brand Management Team in the Naperville area. The Entry Level Product Marketing Trainee, will be responsible for bringing new our clients products to market, working closely with our product development team. Additionally, they will be charged with assisting in the development of event materials prior to the launch of each campaign, the execution of each campaign, as well as reporting final results to the senior management team. This is a core role at the heart of all operations, from product development to marketing to sales. Responsibilities:· Educate both consumers on our client’s product features and their benefits.· Ensure the success and adoption of our client’s products as they go to market.· Make decisions to move the team and product forward and hit company goals.· Develop & Execute the strategy for promotion and selling of our clients’ products.· Train and support sales and customer support teams on new strategies and clients.· Keep the company up-to-date with market trends and keep us several steps ahead of the competition at all times. Requirements:· BA/BS or equivalent working experience.· Proven and visible marketer, with 1-3 years’ relevant experience· A highly analytical approach, used in a wide range of responsibilities, from customer development, to product adoption, to sales processes.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills --- there is a heavy amount of face to face communication and presenting/selling ideas in this role.· Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity. This role requires you to work across functions and departments to bring to life the product.
