Our company LPC Healthcare Recruiting Solutions, Inc., has an exciting opportunity for experienced Home Health Nurses NW suburbs/Du page/fox valley area. The South side of city/ south suburbs/Joliet area. Potentially a North side of city/NW suburb area. And QA nurse for a Burr Ridge office.
We are seeking well trained, RN’s with Medicare experience and the understanding of Oasis to work Home Healthcare. As a Home Health Nurse you will provide care to patients in their own homes. Qualified Nurses will assess their patients right at home.
Additional responsibilities:
Develops a process to monitor appropriate utilization of services. Directs the implementation of service goals and objectives. Develops standards that ensure safe and effective services to clients and families. Monitors caseloads and provides leadership in peak periods. Monitors clinical record review process. Develops plan for ongoing in-services and staff development. Collaborates in the development of an effective and efficient client care documentation. Consults with physicians in matters relating to patient care services. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
-Must have at least 1 year of Home Health Care experience
-Must be licensed in Illinois (RN License Only)
-Have an outstanding desire to provide great patient care
