Job Description:
Hospital located in the greater Chicago, IL area is seeking a Surgical Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for their Cardiac Surgery department.
"Excellent Cardiothoracic Surgeon and Cardiac surgical team."
Duties include:
•First Assist in the OR on Cardiac cases
•Endoscopic Vein Harvesting
•Rounding on Patients
•This position is 4-10 hr shifts and call 1:5 (rotating call and rounding)
•PA run service
Qualifications:
•Must be a Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner with DEA License
•Must have 3 + years of "current" experience in Cardiothoracic 1st assist, EVH, and patient care.
