DIRECTOR SALES AND MARKETING HEALTHCARE

Base Salary up to $130K plus Annual Bonus

Leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing. In this key management role, you will be responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution and training of the Hospital sales and marketing initiatives. You will ensure the standardization of sales and marketing practices and procedures to achieve the Company’s vision, mission and goals. The position will require travel up to 50%. The selected candidate will be offered an exceptional base salary including a performance based annual bonus.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. A Master's degree in Business or Hospital Administration is highly preferred. A Minimum of five years’ of senior level sales management experience over the sales and marketing functions for multiple hospital locations. There is a preference for candidates with experience in managing the sales and marketing function for hospitals located in multiple locations. A minimum of 5 years of actual hands on sales experience in a healthcare environment is required with experienced in leading the senior management team in the development of comprehensive strategic marketing plans.
