PHYSICAL THERAPY JOB DESCRIPTION:

PT opportunity available for a Skilled Nursing facility. Provide services by observing, evaluating and documenting the results of intervention and modify treatment plan accordingly.

JOB HOURS:

Position is Full Time Monday through Friday.

SKILLED NURSING DETAILS:

Wonderful staff who is dedicated to patient care. Good team work amongst therapists and nursing.

PHYSICAL THERAPY CASELOAD:

geriatric

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

SNF experience preferred, but not required.
