Established expanding practices are looking for Full and Part Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in both Crystal Lake and Waukegan.
This is an integrated practice focusing on physical medicine including Medical , Chiropractic, Rehab, Massage Therapy, Neuropathy DR and much more.
Scope of practice includes: Physical Medicine and Wellness Care.
As a part of the multi-disciplinary team, this position conducts physical exams, orders diagnostic tests, performs injections, and coordinates patient treatment plans.

We will train the right person on our systems so if your just graduating or have years of experience training is provided and is extensive, this training takes place in our office along with our training site in Atlanta, Ga and requires travel 2-3 weekends per year.
Shifts available Monday-Friday. Monday 9-7 Tuesday 9-6 Wednesday 9-7 Thursday 9-7 and Friday 9-1 NO WEEKENDS, NO ON-CALL and NO HOLIDAYS
Must be able to function in a fast-paced office and have a great bedside manner.
Must be a licensed Nurse Practitioner or licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Illinois.
