I'm posting this for a friend of mine. He has a beautiful cabin with access to lake Bemidji, MN, in the area of Black Duck, MN. The cabin consists of two rooms, one is meant as a living room, the other a washroom. It has a large, screened in porch and a panoramic window in the living room. Sleeps 2 to 3 people. Electricity and phone lines are there, but no running water or sewer. My friend uses a portable RV toilet. There is also an added storage area, that is quite large. The cabin is 20 years old but in excellent condition. It has a hardwood floor with a large carpet on top, roof is in great condition. There is currently no dock on the lake and the access to the lake is full of cattails, but easy to cut down. My friend has always been able to use the dock of the neighbor. It is really a beautiful cabin, must see to appreciate. Feel free and contact me if interested and I will put you in touch with my friend. He will consider any reasonable offer.
