Job Summary:
The Portfolio Manager will maximize net operating income and otherwise facilitate optimum performance of the assigned rental portfolio with regards to new acquisitions, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. This position will devote a large amount of time driving to properties within the assigned portfolio.
