Position: Entry-Level Commercial Real Estate Development: National Site Selection & Leasing AssociateReporting Structure: Report directly to the company’s Managing Principal and Director of National Site SelectionPosition Summary: This opportunity affords qualified individuals the opportunity to join a fast-growing commercial real estate investment company’s business development team by focusing on national site selection for new retail, restaurant and medical projects. This individual will also be responsible for creating relationships with tenants through the presentation of new site proposals and the leasing of excess space in our multi-tenant centers.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Site Selectiono Tenant Void Analysiso Market Aerialso Site Identificationo Initial Site Planningo Site Acquisition: negotiating the initial terms of the purchaseLeasingo Tenant Site Proposal Packageso Leasing Marketing Flyerso Cold Callingo Leasing: negotiating the initial Lease terms with the tenant or their representationFinancingo Formal Requests for Financingo Coordinating AppraisalsSales/Dispositiono Offering Memorandumso MarketingQualifications: Real Estate experience is preferred but is not required.
