Portfolio Manager/Analyst This PM/Analyst is responsible for communication of issues or changes with the client’s account to all Departments.PM/Analyst is also responsible for client training, general day-to-day maintenanceof the clients account in TaxQ, all direct communication with all Departments and ClientMonthly billing.Essential Responsibilities• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned portfolio(s)• Understand client’s internal operations to provide a customized service for the client.• Recommends new and existing services to existing client base• Setup, communicate and execute newly signed clients to ensure a smooth transition fromthe Sales team and Operations teams• Coordinate and/or provide all client level training, both at the time of contract boarding andongoing through the relationship• Respond swiftly and effectively to client issues or concerns until a resolution isCommunicated to the client• Participate in monthly/quarterly client meetings and vendor management audits• Manage client communication daily through email and telephone• Ensure monthly SLAs are met or exceeded including loan activation, dialog note responsetime, back tax, current tax• File, manage and communicate client change requests• Build and maintain client database of all client business knowledge for company-wide use • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in interpreting service scope, makingexceptions as needed with approval of management• Ensure appropriate escalation of all client issues to the executive management; updateIssue Tracker Ensure security of system and users are accurate and up to date• Provide input to management on how processes may be improved to provide greater valueto client• Review client contracts to ensure that all parameters are being followed by internaldepartments• Implement, maintain and process client invoicing as stated in the client contract• Liaise between commercial production/operation and clientSkills and Specifications• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or other related field• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication• Proficiency with computers, with an emphasis on MS Office• Strong problem solving skills• Highly organized with strong attention to detail• Ability to work in a fast-pace office environments while managing multiple deadlines
