We are seeking a Community Association - Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all management responsibility overseeing 5-10 communities.Responsibilities:Prepare requests for proposals from contractorsPrepare annual budgetsAttend community board meetings and provide follow-upInvestigate and resolve homeowner concerns or complaintsRecommend updates and improvements for properties developmentEnsure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashionRespond in a timely manner to emails and phone calls receivedResponsible for property inspections monthlyEnforce property and associations' rules and regulationsEngage in on-going communication between board members, homeowner, and contractorsQualifications:Requires a Community Association License in the State of IllinoisTwo years prior experience in property managementHighly organized, strong ability to multitask and good decision-maker exercising sound business judgmentSelf motivated with a take charge attitude and good follow up skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, a customer first attitude
